Earlier this Spring, the Ecological Belonging Innovation Fellows had the opportunity to learn from Samoan elder Papalii Dr. Tusi Avegalio. Amongst many thoughts and reflections on ritual, he shared a story on the role of intergenerational wisdom of the land and the importance of the Taro plant in Samoan culture.
